Agree the work first
We agree the scope, implementation fee and launch plan before work begins. The proposal sets out responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance criteria. Changes to that scope are agreed separately.
Make it practical to run
The work includes the handoff: how to use it, what needs attention and who looks after it. Where ongoing operation makes sense, hosting, monitoring, maintenance and support are defined in the agreement.
