Privacy

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, an optional website address, an optional list of the tools you use, and your description of the problem. We also record which page the enquiry came from.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics or session recording on this site, and no third-party script is loaded on any page.

To reply to your enquiry and to carry out any work that follows from it. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Enquiries are stored in a database we control and emailed to us so we can respond. Transactional email is handled by a third-party provider acting on our instructions.

We also send what you write in the enquiry form to a third-party AI provider. We use it to help us understand the process you have described and to draft a proposed automation before we speak to you. That output is for our own preparation. It is not advice to you, and nothing is built, connected to your systems, or acted on automatically as a result of it.

These providers process your information on our behalf, under their own terms and retention policies. We do not sell your details, and nothing beyond the providers described here receives them.

For as long as we are in contact about the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
